2. Triple-Inspection Protocol

 Stage 1: Incoming Material Inspection

100% of incoming batches of non-woven fabric, adhesives, etc., are inspected.
Key Checks: Grammage (GSM), fiber composition, thickness, uniformity, color, pH value (ensuring neutral and skin-friendly), and the absence of harmful substances. This prevents any substandard materials from entering the production line.

 Stage 2: In-Line Production Inspection

Our dedicated inspectors and automated monitoring systems conduct real-time random checks during the manufacturing process, which is critical for achieving complex custom specifications.

Key Checks: Cutting dimensional accuracy, sealing integrity (to prevent linting), print clarity (if applicable), tensile strength, absorption rate, and softness. This ensures stability and consistency throughout production.

We are so confident in our product quality that we offer a risk-free way for you to verify it—especially useful when approving customized products.

Process: You may request free samples before placing a bulk order. Evaluate them using your own methods and standards.
